At a recent Xerox event, several strong cases were presented that prove the combined value of creativity, personalisation, database management and testing. Together with their creative and database partners, and with the help of Xerox and the Belgian Post, Volkswagen and Philips developed mailings that resulted in superior results. The integration of all these partners and tasks via the 1:1 Lab of Xerox and the Belgian Post proved to deliver excellent results.
